Nonsane Catch-up

Cafe: Hello Nonsane! Thanks a ton for agreeing to do a catch up with us. I can’t wait to hear about what you’ve been working on, but first, I want to ask you something that’s been burning in my mind. I often refer to your work as ‘surrealistic’, but how would you describe it in your own words, and where do all your fantastic ideas come from?

Nonsane: no problem, it’s a great site. Actually, surreal art is my favorite kind, so I guess it shows in my images. I try my best to make it more on the kinky side, but still clean; dirty yet beautiful. For example, if there’s fisting, I want to make it erotic as well as hardcore. I feel that’s the advantage of 3DX: you can make some dirty scenes feel very erotic and clean. I do try to make content that’s appealing to everyone, even if they’re fetishes like feet or cum swapping, for instance, I want to make it all erotic and clean so it can be enjoyed by all.

All of this usually comes to my head in the most unusual ways; often it’s about a feeling I get…it can be a song that gets me in a particular mood, and I connect that feeling to some kinky event.

Cafe: That’s a unique way to get inspiration for 3DX, I love it! So, down to the meat of it: what have you been working on and what can we look forward to seeing from you in the near future? 

Nonsane: I’m almost done with the new future sex set, so that’s what I’ve been working on right now. I really like this one, since everything ties thogether really nice between the future sex series and the switch series. After it’s all finished, I get to make a bundle, which feels really epic! 

I’m still figuring out my patreon…that’s something I’ve finally decided to make. It’s a lot different than doing sets, since it pushes me to constantly create something…and then there’s my animations, which i’m trying to improve on. Needless to say, i’m quite busy for now. 🙂 Oh, and I’m on the lookout for some interactive experience, like a visual novel or a game. Still doing lots of research…

Cafe: Oh, hell yeah! We’re always excited to hear about developments like that. VNs seem to be growing very popular for established creators: I know it’s early, but can you tell us anything about what you might have planned for a project like that?

Nonsane: It is early, so things might change a lot, but for the novel I’m thinking more of a fantasy setting mixed with contemporary and a story that’s more mystery based. Something like travelling into a different dimension where only futas live, and you’re the hero they need, and you’ve been sent there for a reason…to save them. I’ve actually got all the characters made: you can see two of them in my latest elves renders (for the moment they are patreon only) but I’ve posted some on twitter and slushe.

And then, there’s this urge for some retro feeling 2D sidescroller mixed with rendered images and animations, as well as 2D sprite sex scenes as quick events, which would be set in the future sex universe. I’ve got something basic made for both ideas, it’s just a matter of time before I commit to one, but not just yet.  I’ve learned from past mistakes that committing too fast to a project can be alot worse than just waiting till you have gone through every detail before you commit…

Cafe: That makes a lot of sense! We would much rather you take your time with it and give us an amazing production than commit to something that ultimately doesn’t end up working out.
